  • For most packages we offer payment plans. These plans take your full package price and divide them by 8 session payments. The initial payment will cover the first 8, once those sessions are completed the next 8 sessions will be charged. So on until your package is complete.

  • The short answer is no. The long answer is that it depends if the gym is full or is there are trainers in the gym to let you in before hand. The reality is that you WILL NOT need to use any additional equipment nor do you need to add additional exercises pre or post workout. Your session is highly tailored to you and that includes an individual warm up and your session duration covers all you need to hit your goals.

  • You are designated a main personal trainer. However, from time to time you may be paired with another trainer. This may happen in the event that the trainer is on vacation, sick, or if availability from either party changes.

  • Our programs are created on an individual basis however, a partner session flows much better if the programs are more similar than less. The weights and any specific individually prescribed exercises can be different with no issue in session flow.

    It’s also not uncommon to have the initial part of the program more individualized to address any specific needs or issues. However as those individual needs and issues resolve themselves over the course of a few weeks, the programs naturally become more and more similar. Less time needed on fixing individual problems such as mobility, specific muscle weaknesses, etc, and more and more time on the main part of the workout focusing on weight training to reach your goals whether it’s fat loss or muscle building.

  • You may purchase an individual personal training session or an individual personal training package.
