Chris Diamantakos - Owner, Founder and Head Trainer
Chris started his fitness career as a trainer at his college gym where he studied Exercise Science. Shortly after graduating, he became a personal trainer at Equinox. Here, Chris gained crucial experience and world class continued ed which skyrocketed his career. Within 6 months, he was offered the Head Trainer position at Bomb Fitness which he was not only responsible for training his own clients but also guiding other trainers with their programs.
His list of activities goes beyond the barbell including: Hockey, Skateboarding (formerly), and playing bass in a band.
Chris specializes in Low Back Pain Post-Rehab, Strength and Hockey Conditioning.
Chris uses an evidence based approach to health and fitness. He believes this is crucial to success in the gym.
His current roster of clients range from post partum moms and young dads looking to get in shape and pain free again - to NHL Players and collegiate athletes looking to improve their performance starting from their core and out!

Shannon Parrett - Owner, Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor
Shannon presents a well rounded array of services, from strength & conditioning through bells and bars, to helping older adults find their healthiest strongest selves.
As an Older Adult Fitness Specialist and Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, Shannon is qualified to work with individuals suffering from cardiac disease, musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis, osteoporosis, weight loss and healthy athletic individuals.
Her goal with every person she works with is not only to help them achieve their fitness goals but to help them develop a passion for exercise and wellness that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
So whether you’re starting off at the gym at 74 or are training during your off season at 24, Shannon will help develop a personalized program for you and your fitness needs.
Steven Mylonas - Personal Trainer
Health and fitness has been a big part of Steven’s life since childhood, through activities such as soccer, hockey, baseball and snowboarding. Steven’s passion and success in sports motivated him to pursue Kinesiology and Physical Education at the University of Toronto. As a Personal Trainer with a background in human kinetics, Steven is dedicated to training clients safely, providing both practical and emotional support. His priority is to create safe, fun and scientific-based programs to assure that clients achieve their goals and see results.
Steven has worked with a variety of different individuals, including adolescents, adults of all ages, pre- and post-natal women, differently abled persons and high performance athletes from Snowboard Ontario and Taekwondo Canada. Since earning his B.PHE (Hons) degree from the University of Toronto in 2012, Steven has also gained four years of clinical rehabilitation experience, where he has worked with several healthcare professionals, such as Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists and Chiropractors. Steven takes pride in helping his clients with mobility issues as well as acute/chronic pain or disease.

Usama Mujtaba - Strength Coach
Usama has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Trainer for the better part of 3.5 years. He started his career as an intern, and then Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in an Elite University Sport Performance Program in the UK. He has coached a wide array of people from all disciplines. His motivation as a coach lies in empowering individuals with the drive to succeed in life, believing that mental and physical success in the weight room leads to the will to succeed outside of it.
Since moving to Canada, he has worked with elite level athletes and general population from ages 8-52. His expertise lie in corrective exercise (to get you up and moving after those long hours at a desk!), power and speed development, and Olympic weightlifting. If your dream is to move with no limits, Usama is your guy!

Rachel Mujtaba - Personal Trainer/Strength Coach
Rachel is a personal trainer and is currently reading for her PhD in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Toronto.
She’s worked in the UK for two years as a strength and conditioning coach for university athletes as well as working with university staff to promote health and fitness through personal training and boot camp classes.
Rachel can help you to build a strong, healthy body and motivate you towards your fitness goals!
